Jill Savage is currently a reporter/host for Pac-12 Network. She also conducts features and provides digital work for the network’s online platform. Jill joined the network in 2013 as a sideline reporter. In addition to her Pac-12 Network work, Jill also works for the NHL Network as a reporter during the Junior Hockey Championships, as well as for CBS Sports Network on their college football coverage. She also fills in as a host from time to time on SiriusXM Radio and local Arizona sports radio.
In 2014 and 2015, Jill covered the Super Bowl for USA Today Sports Media Group. In 2012 and 2013, Jill worked as a host/reporter for Silver Chalice’s online platform, Campus Insiders. She was the main Oregon correspondent and also contributed to the platform on a national level.
From 2010 through 2013. Jill worked for the Oregon IMG Sports Network. During her time there, she hosted a daily radio show on 95.3 The Score which also simulcasted on the Oregon Athletics website. She also hosted a Coaches’ radio show, “Oregon Football with Chip Kelly” and “Countdown to Kickoff: Oregon Football Live”, while also roaming the sidelines as a reporter for Oregon basketball games and Track & Field events.
Jill formerly worked for Comcast SportsNet Northwest as a television reporter/analyst covering the Portland Trail Blazers, the NFL, and college athletics on “The Fan” and “Talkin’ Ball.” One of her favorite experiences with the network was covering “Eugene ‘08”, the Olympic track and field trials in Track Town, USA.
Prior to joining CSNNW, Jill attended the University of Iowa where she received a B.A. in Communications. Growing up in Iowa, Jill could be found watching every Hawkeye football and basketball game that molded her into the sports fanatic that she is. She decided before she got to college that she would pursue sports broadcasting and has made her dream a reality.
Jill currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ.
