Nick Bahe is a college basketball analyst for Fox Sports 1 working primarily on Big East Conference games. Nick is also the radio color analyst for the Creighton basketball team, and has also called games for the Missouri Valley Conference on ESPN3. In addition to his basketball work, Nick currently hosts his own radio show in Omaha called “Game Time with Nick Bahe” which airs weekdays from 11-2pm central time on 1620 The Zone. Over the years, Nick has been voted one of the top radio hosts in the nation.
In 2016, Nick was voted Sportscaster of the Year in Nebraska by the National Sports Media Association.
Nick played two seasons for Bill Self at the University of Kansas before transferring to finish his career playing for Dana Altman at Creighton University. Nick started every game as a senior and was team captain for Creighton. Nick participated in three NCAA tournaments and a NIT during his career.
In High School, Nick was a two time All-State selection and the 2003 Gatorade Player of the Year in the state of Nebraska, leading his team to back-to-back State Championship games. Nick holds a Nebraska state record for consecutive free throws made sinking 58 in a row. Nick was also an All State Quarterback and holds the state record for the longest touchdown pass hooking up with Kansas City Royals Outfielder Alex Gordon for 99 yards.
A Lincoln native, Nick currently resides in Omaha with his family.
